"content": "## How It Works\n\n1. Create your PID (Personal Identity Document), your AI-native professional profile. It is the evolution of the resume, except far richer, more detailed, continuously updated, owned, and seen only by you.\n2. Don't make it short or overly polished. Instead, make it detailed, authentic, and in your own voice - no one else will see it. AI has no attention span limitations and works best when it has as much context about you as possible.\n3. You can create your PID using Google Docs, Microsoft Word, plain text, or Markdown. The only requirement is that the document has a shareable link so the system can access it, which is standard with services like Google Docs or Microsoft OneDrive.\n4. Submit your PID to paddleNET for indexing and AI-driven matching. You can update it anytime you want, but think about scheduling a time every week to update it. We periodically check for updates automatically, but you can always move yourself to the front of the queue by simply resubmitting your link.\n5. Your email address is used as your primary identifier within NetworkSIG and is how the system communicates matches and opportunities with you. For privacy and flexibility, we strongly recommend using a dedicated email address specifically for NetworkSIG participation instead of your primary personal or work email.\n6. No accounts. No passwords. No social feed. paddleNET.earth is designed to work for you, not the other way around. You communicate with the system through email, and relevant matches, opportunities, and introductions are delivered directly to you. You don't come to paddleNET.earth - it comes to you. Today that happens through email. Tomorrow it may happen through Slack, WhatsApp, or your AI assistant of choice.\n7. Access is invitation-based. Participation requires a Graph Key from an existing member. This helps protect the integrity and focus of the network. Need a key? Contact us. Once your submit your PID, you will receive your own Graph Key to invite others in the paddlesports ecosystem.",

Pre-alpha early.\n\nRight now, we are building the foundation, testing workflows, refining the architecture, and learning what actually works as AI-native networking becomes possible.\n\nWe do not yet know exactly what this becomes, but we do know that the current way people network, discover opportunities, hire, collaborate, and surface talent is deeply inefficient and leaves enormous amounts of human potential undiscovered.\n\nAI can help fix that, but we have to experiment in public to learn. Things will evolve. Workflows will change. Features may break. The matching may initially be rough or limited while we gather enough participation and data to make the system useful.\n\nIn the beginning, simply submitting your PID may not immediately produce results - and that's okay. A network only becomes valuable once enough people participate and enough relationship signals begin to emerge. Whether that critical mass is 50 people, 100 people, or more, we honestly do not know yet. This is an early experiment, and part of the process is learning what scale and structures create meaningful outcomes.\n\nOur request is simple:\n\n- create your PID, submit it, and keep your PID updated\n- invite thoughtful people in paddlesports to join you\n\nEven if this exact implementation evolves significantly, we strongly believe that PID will become a major part of how AI-driven professional networking works in the future.",

"content": "## Privacy, Data & Security\n\n### This project is for the paddling ecosystem\n\nIf you did not receive a Graph Key from an existing paddlesports NetworkSIG member, contact us and we will provide one for you. Once you submit your PID, you will receive your own Graph Key to invite others into the network.\n\nPlease use your key thoughtfully. Share it with people in the paddlesports industry - or those who genuinely want to become part of it. Invite co-workers, employees, collaborators, industry peers, and especially younger people emerging from schools and universities looking for opportunities and connections.\n\nWe are intentionally leaving much of this network growth in the hands of the community itself. This is your network. Protect its quality and integrity, but also use it to help good people find their way into the industry and contribute meaningful value to the ecosystem.\n\n### Your PID Is Not Public\n\nYour submitted PID is processed by our system and prepared for AI analysis and matching. We are not building a public searchable profile platform.\n\nIn your PID, only include:\n\n- your name\n- general location - region or city\n- the email you want used for communication\n\n### Your Data Stays Under Your Control\n\nYou control what goes into your PID.\n\nYou maintain and host your own PID using Google Docs, Microsoft OneDrive, or a text/Markdown-based format that is reachable by a URL you control.\n\nYou may:\n\n- update it anytime\n- remove it anytime\n- request deletion anytime\n- unsubscribe anytime\n\n### How Data Is Processed\n\nYour PID is:\n\n- validated\n- indexed\n- segmented into structured chunks\n- associated with internal identifiers\n- prepared for AI analysis and matching\n\nThe goal is to minimize unnecessary exposure of raw personal information while still enabling useful matching and discovery.\n\n### Infrastructure & Security\n\nNetworkSIG currently runs on infrastructure that Eddie, the paddleNET human founder, built and operates directly from his own edge compute environment on his Colorado farm, including:\n\n- local servers\n- battery backup\n- backup internet\n- redundant systems\n- solar-backed infrastructure\n\nSome AI processing may utilize external AI providers, but the system is designed to minimize unnecessary personal exposure.\n\n### We do not sell your data.\n\n### We do not publicly share your PID.\n\n### We do not expose your information to other members without consent.\n\n### Full Terms & Conditions\n\nOur full Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy can be found at [/wiki/terms-conditions/](/wiki/terms-conditions/).",
